tuner lugs

i have them and on some of them i have some rust where the key goes in at.what can i do to stop the rust,clean etc.i have tried some plumbers tape on the key but that does not stay on thanks

if you buy new ones, the same thing will happen. You can either put up with it or have them cadmium plated.

Buy better tuner lugs like the McGard ones. They claim that their lugs and locks won't rust. I had them for almost 6 months and they look practically brand new.
