One reason I shouldnt have gotten married to another car enthusiast...We have to share the mod $$$. Which means no Super Charger in my future for a while

my gf sees my car modding passion with a hateful eye...and constantly complains about the way I spend my $$ and how I should take her out instead for a few more dinners instead...sigh!

got myself on the waiting list (read guaranteed!) for next week's launch of the PS 2 and she's already *****ing...sigh?!!!!

I did tell her once...if I had to choose between 1 of 2 things...my dream car (anything...$$ is no object type fantasy) and her...who would I choose...told her...the CAR! =)

 

Yeah, I hear ya. My gf is wicked jealous. She sais I spend more time with my car than with her. Well, duh, I know that myself I am afraid to tell her about anything I buy for my maxima now. Well, what can I do if I am really in love with my car?

 

Wait till she becomes your CFO and your will see. hehe

I just got mine the go-ahead on a Hayden 404 Tranny cooler project, but can't do it until we move into our new home.

All the time!!! My wife is 8.5 months pregnant so she's real emotional. I get **** about washing it, geeeez. Weve got the money thing worked out. Since we both work, we each get a small, but equal portion of our pay checks deposited into our personal accounts. It works really good. She's got all kinds of funds saved, Ive got many mods. Good for me!!!
