Bad KS from 95-99?

Hey guys... Got a quick question. Is the bad KS problem prevalent from 95-99, 95-96, or 95-98? Thinking of buying a used KS from a guy with a 99 but I don't want the same trouble I'm having now.

Buying a used knock sensor is just not a good idea.

I'm hoping, at this point, that one of the more common senses will kick in at some point.

Buy a new one like I just did $64 shipped.(you may find it cheaper)IMO Money well spent considering the amount of power you lose from a faukty KS.
More CS less BS = KS
