I went to the Vortech site and looked at some pulleys. So, which one is the right pulley for the Stillen supercharger?

Is this the right pulley number for the 3.25 pulley?
P/N 2A036-325 Supercharger Pulley, 3.25", 6-Rib

Do I need to order anything else besides the pulley if I want to go with the smaller pulley?

Btw, is there anyone with a supercharger that still run on the stock supercharger pulley? I think going to order the smaller pulley or just stay with the stock pulley. I'm not sure.

I'm not sure about the part number, but it is a 6 rib pulley. You'll need a smaller belt for the pulley. There's a smaller pulley kit, but I'm not sure what's included (maybe you should give them a call and ask).

Definitely go with a smaller pulley because you might regret not doing so later on. I won't recommend 3.25... maybe 3.48. 3.33 if you feel crazy or even 3.25 if you're nuts.

You need a smaller drive belt too according to Adam ,My 4DSC, the part number for that is 5060705, I know where to get the Goodyear Gatorback belt here in New Orleans, I paid ~$17 for mine. its called D & S Stearing, their off Erhart Expwy, the Goodyear part number is 4060705.

Nuts? Like you?

Can you give me a rundown of the psi level for each pulley?

I don't know if I'll be "satisfy" if I get the 3.48 pulley, for example.

I think I'll go with the 3.33 pulley. I'm just crazy, not nuts. Thanks for the help Kev.

I just want to know that. I might just order the supercharger, but not install it yet. I think I'll wait until I put in my Sprint's, Koni's, and Don's VB(whenever I get it that is!). You guys think the 403 cooler is sufficient enough or should I change to a larger size one?

I emailed Avalon and got a pretty good quoted price. So, I might just go with them.

Actually, i think 3.33 is fine, as long as you dont race it all the time. My 3.48 is behaving fine.

Nah, I don't race much anyway. Just the occassional "challenges" that I run into.

Or you may regret doing so later on when your car tranny dies. Not that it will definatll happen or anything but it is something to think about.

To the fellas who said you need a smaller belt for the smaller pulley? I have never heard that one before, my belt fit perfectly fine on my 3.48 pulley, it had plenty of room to be adjusted too.

Switching pulley's only takes about 1 1/2 hours if you are good

Well, if my tranny will die, can you say 5spd manual tranny swap?

Why are you guy's saying he might regret not changing the pulley? Beacause it could break? Woun't a smaller pulley tax the fuel system to much? What is the stock pulley size?
