This is definitely old news. Case is based on the anticybersquating laws. In the case of internet domains, special rules apply that sometimes would seem unfair but that's the law. First registrant of domain names does not imply legitimacy, neither does having any relationship to the registered domain name. It may seem unfair to some, but the laws clearly favor high profile corporations, entities, and celebrities.
As for the site mentioned, that is hardly a good source (being a propaganda site).

i think that it is clear that mr. nissan is using the domain name just because of it's popularity. i mean, he never updates his side content and most of his links are web revenue links that have nothing to do with his business.
