Can someone fax me the PRCAI template for a 5th Gen?

Gonna do a PRCAI install tomorrow on a 5th gen and we need the template. If someone has one, we need it ASAP.

call Place Racing.. they will do it for you..

I called them a couple weeks ago and the guy was at the fax machine ready but my fax machine wasn't working
