I know you just hold the parking brake up and give gas for autos. But how about manuals? clutch dump with e-brake?

And enjoy the loud thump of your transmission landing on the ground below you if you pull this stunt too many times with an automatic

Hell, you could burnout in a Geo Metro if you wanted. Hit gas, let it rev to about 3K, then dump the clutch. No brainer.

Its pretty easy actually-maybe too easy with the max which is why I seem to spin alot when leaving the line... Just rev it to about 2K or more and let go of the clutch like you are leaving a stop light but once the clutch starts engaging-FLOOR IT. If you spint them too much you can just it there and the tires just smoke. Not too impressive except to 13 year old girls though. I seem to get the best launches with just a trickle of tire spin maybe 1-2 rotations before they hook up. Have fun and save that $$ for new tires!

Heh...considering I'm replacing my POS Toyos with Kumhos next week, and my stock clutch with an ACT stage 2 unit, I may as well do a burnout or two

or three...

I might. I don't know how difficult it is. I'm gonna have access to a full garage (complete with lift) on a nearby Marine base, which I'll use to install struts and y pipe. Having that access will certainly make installing the clutch easier.
