I am in NC too. I don't race but hell I saw the 2K2 GLE yesterday going back to home from work. Nice tails BUT the Orange was there in the middle again. I thought that in 2K1 they had made the turn signal in rear tail Clear. Now in the GLE yesterday it was definitely YELLO/ORANGE.

2002 Maxima SE where in NC are ya? I am in Charlotte. BTW Congrats for your new purchase. I have been having my Max since Jan 1999 and I have loved every second of my ownership of her.

When you say extra $800 for the truck, is that based off the "Trade-In" value according to Blue Book? or some other pricing authority?

nice

congratulations on your new purchase, at least you didn't get the altima, i saw that thing yesterday in like mustard yellow or whatever color, sunlit sand. that thing was ugly and the lights looked weird. you need to be crazy to get the altima, thats why its the cure, after you get better you'll wana get in the altima and pound the crap out of it, cuz even though it looks like SH-T, it still has 240HP and lotsa torque.

Congrats!

I recall reading that the 6 speed had a cable linkage which didn't feel very tight/precise; NE1 know for sure if this is or will be the case.

Lookie what I just got: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...ndexURL=0&rd=1

Either they had hidden charges somewhere, or Nissan is doing queadruple digits dealer kickbacks.

Carolina Nissan in Burlington...

Great dealer ask for Joel or Bo.

Every dealer I talked to (did not check Charlotte) gave me invoice and trade in for my vehicle. Carolina kept the car just under sticker but gave me retail on my vehicle.

After figuring the numbers I was just at invoice...so they went over kbb retail which put me $1000 under.

Go to Crown in Greensboro first and get there lowest price on paper. The guys at Carolina don't like them and will beat any deal they offer.
