Blade99SE and I threw his wheels (momo's with Bridgestone RE-730's) on my car and both drove it at the autox yesterday. We wanted to try out the coilovers with some better tires and see how we did, and also we could finally put to rest the issue of car vs driver between us Woohoo, I won! He beat me early on, up to the last run he had a best time of 38.4 and my best was 39.0. Then my last run I came through with a 38.3 and edged past. This put me in third at the time, but then two guys came out of nowhere with some great times and I got bumped to fifth I got fourth in overall novice though.

I'm just glad I didn't get beat by someone else driving my car There was still 1 turn I never got right, I could have broken into 37's I know... Oh well, next spring I'll be back with an RSB and some RE-71's.

 

I may have to try one of them thar autocrosses sometime.
