Friends What's the Lifespan of Piaa Super Plasma and Super White Bulbs?
Are these bulbs street legal?

for my 9004 superwhites, I've had them for 2 years, though I'm not really a heavy driver, especially at night these days.

Yes they are street legal and a bit brighter than stock. Dont waste your money on these expensive things get another name brand like APC I saw them on Matts max and they are bright and have a blue tint to them. On the PIAA the only time you see the bluish tint is when you use your high beams, they are bright but not worth the $85.00, I have them the superwhite plat. Take care

I've switched to Blue Visions recently. If you want HID looks, these are not the bulbs to get. Blue Visions allow you, the driver, to see better at night. If you want looks, then go for the bluish superwhite bulbs. As for PIAA, I think there's one thing they do better than any other bulb manufacturer; it is their marketing. They jack up their prices and state how much brighter their bulbs are and that they're DOT approved, etc. In the end, they're no better than some of the other superwhite bulbs out there.

I just order replacement bulbs for my fog lights, headlights, and front side markers. I bought Eurolites. I bought the 60/55W headlights (like my manual says), 55W fog lights and the 5w super white marker lights. They say this brand is decent and the price was right. I didn't want to spend $160 on bulbs from PIAA. I figured I would give these a try. At least if I mess up during installation or don't like them, I haven't wasted much.

These wattages are okay, aren't they? I worry about messing with things like this because I'd hate to ruin anything.
