If one of your bulbs burns out can u buy a different bulb or does it have to be from the same company ? or just the same bulb size

 

It depends how long you've had the bulbs. If they're within 400 (or so) hours of use, you can replace just one bulb - although for a while the new bulb will have a different color output as the old one as colorshifting hasn't taken place.

If you're using the 85126 from Philips, get the 85126+ which is a colorshifted bulb for those who just need one.

 

what i mean is . does it have to be the same brand as the on that came with the H.I.D kid or i can get 2 new ones from any H.I.D bulb company

 

You can do that if you want.

 

I would reccomend buying some from a diffrent company rather than the POS bulbs they aready sent you...

 

same company will be better, the color will be easy to match

 

yup same company will be better since different company's K ratings aren't always the same...like for example Abrand's 12000K will be purple and Bbrand's 12000K will be darker or whatever so it's hard to tell.

 

same company is better because of the different colors and shades you can get.
