There is a $500 limit on the cars.. no way that 97-99 with a stillen kit is legal. Anyone know anything more about it? The guys are bound to be on this forum.

 

Some guys on the local forum race an SE-R in this. They are always arguing about how dude didn't buy that car for $500. I think the dude donated his own car
