for some reason. the fuse on my positive battery terminal, completely blew, now im looking for a replacement, however i dont know what size it is and trying to remove the remainder of the fuse the whole thing is completely crumbling, i know the outter housing is white. my questions are....

how the hell do i get it out?

I believe that this fuse is a potential reason for my failure to start. I tried getting it out and it is crumbling on me too. Can anyone provide some guidance as to how to get it out? The white housing is crumbling on me too.
