I have 2006 Nissan Maxima 6 spokes with great tires but I might trade them for a set of G35 17" rims since the 6 spokes look weird on a 4th.

Which of these are lighter and/or better?

5-Spokes. Much more sporty and will address the lines of your car better. Those 6 spokes are just an ugly rim.

As for weight, I would think the 5s would be a bit lighter since they don't have that extra material to "Beergut" the spokes out.
