I just joined

I don't know exactly what the protocol is for newbies, but I just joined. I drive a '91 SE manual . I'm a freshman in college. I have two kills (both 4 cyl.) and two slaps in the face. I'm from Louisville, but I attend college currently in Indianapolis.
I've been visiting this site a lot recently and decided to join.

I should get a CAI. I'm thinking about selling the car after winter. I can't decide between a 94 or 95-96. I'm not too fond of the 4th gen bodies, but I want that engine. VG30E just doesn't cut it anymore.

Anybody know how I can stop being a lurker? Makes me feel like a stalker or something weird and generally resented.

Welcome and yes, see you in the 3rd Gen forum, come and introduce yourself! I might be mistaken, but I think there's someone else from KY with a 3rd Gen too, so try posting in the appropriate Regional forum.

Since you (really) have been "lurking" you probably know this already, but when you're looking for info and stuff, you must SEARCH first and give it a few tries otherwise you might face the wrath of "mob mentality"!

Also, about your "lurker" status, it's ONLY a reflection of how many posts you've made, so 99.995% of us have started as a lurker. It always changes after X number of posts. Next stop: NEWBIE!

WElcome to the board, a good way of getting your status up is to post nonsense post when your really not saying anything but people think your trying to say something when your really not. Keep doing that and you will have 100's of posts in no time.

Wow, my first thread is already on it's 2nd page, I feel special. Thanks guys. I must admit, a black 4th gen with a Stillen front spoiler/lip does look pretty sweet.
Imagine this: Black '94 SE with stage 3 Warpspeed Performance subframe connectors; 17' SSR Integrals; all necessary (read-"available") suspension bits and a 2002 VQ35/6-speed swap...
