The reason you can't find the E85 fuel is because ethanol is a poor excuse for a fuel. It only has about 75% of the energy that petroleum gasoline has. The car's performance will suffer dramatically. The fuel economy will also suffer by about 25% as well.
All this was shown time after time 10+ years ago when the dual Flex fuel cars were around. And now the government is pushing them again. As another point against ethanol, it requires more energy to refine ethanol than ethanol produces. Add to that, it creates shortages in corn supplies, thereby raising food prices.

The tests the government does with e85 is done on a GASOLINE engine and not a e85 only engine so they are useless anyway. If we built a motor to specificly use e85 to it's highest potential, we could have 1 litre motors pushing 12-1 compression and boost ontop of that.

I'm not sure if you guys have one over there but Valero has e85 pumps, otherwise I would look into ordering it by the barrel for the occasional use or inspection in this case. I mean, if they sell straight ethanol I don't see why you could mix your own. It would just require alot of alcohol.
