i'm interested in doing some sort of "custom" intake for my 98 auto gle. i found some good info on oscai 2.0, but didn't find enough info from using search about the performance gains by either just removing the lower section of the stock airbox, or using a cai upper tubing with a k&n cone filter. anyone have any numbers/experiences with these two setups? how do they compare with each other and with oscai 2.0?

 

I don'r have any numbers, just my a$$ dyno results. Check out this Ghetto air box mod. It works pretty good.
