Help and advice needed please.

I brought a 2007 nissan Maxima SE with 148,000 miles on it. I went to atlanta to test it out and notice it burned more gas than normal and the power wasn't all there. So i had surgery and wasn't able to get a knowable mechanic to check it out before the warranty expired. Check light came on took it the auto zone and codes P0300/ P0102/ P0113/ and # 4 cylinder was misfiring. Car started to stuttering real bad and running very rough here and there.. I got extended coverage so I had it towed to nissan. 280.00 for them to tell me i needed a tuneup and rear brakes which it knew and 2000 just for the tune up that I would need do at a dealership. I got a guy to tune it up with plugs and just #4 coil and I didn't get all 6 because i didn't have the funds. So I notice the rpm would drop very low at a stand still and go back to normal. I put an MFS on it and it ran good for a little bit but again the rpm was dropping again. I'm over 1000 dollars in and problem not fixed. Codes P/0300 P0300/ P0174 was detected. I decided to change the air filer and notice that it was upside down all this time. I just knew that was the problem all the time. The light went off after I put the filter in correctly. Ran good for a little bit and rpm started dropping again. I also got the sputtering and rough idling again but it would go away. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Also if anyone know a knowable mechanic in or around Raleigh NC and surrounding areas please let me know. Happy New Year to everyone and your families. God Bless.

The cars are sensitive to the quality of the coils installed. If the mechanic put in a cheap chinese one, it's pretty much garbage. Replace with a Hitachi brand or one from a dealer.
