The problem with CVTs

I have the 2021 Platinum 40th anniversary Maxima. Only 1100 were made.
The CVT is not the problem. The problem, the manufacturer lied, was not honest with consumers regarding, servicing the CVT.
Changing the CVT fluid is all that's required.
Inside the CVT transmission are two filters. The CVT transmission pan must be removed. The magnets must be cleaned as well as the pan. There are two filters inside the CVT transmission. That need to be replaced say every 30 to 40,000 miles.
I had this done to my Maxima a week ago at Bella Nissan in Union City Georgia.
The service director at Bella Nissan, Jeremy.
He's true to form and very honest.
The cost to have this done was very very reasonable.
Of the 4 service departments I visited, Nissan Bella was the only one willing to do the work.
The others refused saying, all we do is what Nissan requires, change the fluid

this is common in this day in age, planned insolence, my current infiniti has supposedly 10,000 mi OCI, that is madness, and any one on the forums or with logical car knowledge will change the oil way more regularly.

they rather sell a new car then fix ones. nice find with that dealer that did do that work that most wont !

More like pure laziness, they don't seem want to do the work nor the effort to really understand the importance of doing the routine maintenace. It is terrifying now days with tech aren't being through
