I hate it when I'm pumping gas and the person next to me pulls up in some fancy car or even another maxima and uses 87 octane...Ugh. I wanna walk over there slap their a$$.. Over the past week I saw an old lady putting 87 octane into a 540 series bmw looked like a brand new one to... then this dude in a 2k2 maxima using 87 octane.. What idiots.

 

What can you do. I used to drive an old delta 88, I would put 93 octane in it and now I drive my dad's Camry and I still use 93. And when I get my Max, only 93 and higher octane.

 

And just think, if you buy a used car, thats probably exactly how the car was treated.

 

most people don't care about their cars. so paying attention to the owner's manual isn't going to happen.
