My mom got pulled over for having a slightly smoked license plate cover too, like 3 weeks ago, was told to take it off or face a fine, thats total bullsh^t when you can still read the plate from like 5 car lengths back atleasts, what about those people that never was their cars and you cant read the plates can you fine them for having a dirty car
