Contrary to what Hogan said, nothing has been resolved, he has not send a tracking number or anything. HE said he would by 12pm
Either way, lets see him post my tracking number in my thread.

THere is one thing I would like to post in my thread:
I have already ordered a ACT clutch from elsewhere, which I noted in my BIG post. Therefore, him sending me the clutch now is useless. I want to seek either my money back or different goods such as AGXs or HIDS. PLease let me post. =)

Why not go to the thread and copy the text of your first post and then paste it into a post in the shop expereinces forum.

Well, I am guessing around 350 plus shipping. BUT I would much rather get my money back from him plus a little extra for my troubles, OR something a litle more valuable. I know he sells HIDs, so I would love to take some Hanabi 6000k blues or some AGXs instead of my clutch from him. I want to see what he will work out with me for all this trouble.

But he said he would ship by noon yesterday and send me tracking number, I beleive neither of those took place, as I did not get a email. Plus he has been sending emails saying he will send by noon for 4 months.
I want the rest of this transaction to play out in my other thread and not here.
I hope i get something worked out!

Still no email or anything from hogan in 2 weeks, but yet he still posts here many times a day.

 

A) You will not post another one of these threads in the General forum. Post it in the "Dealership/Shop Experiences" forum. Posting it in here again will get it deleted.

B) Dealing with members here ON ANYTHING is at your own risk. The dot org is not accountable for stupid members who are deceitful.

C) I'm sorry hogan isn't being forthright, but it's not surprising based on my observances and conversations with other members.

D) E-mail Jamie if you absolutely have to. Keep in mind he as zero power over the situation. See B)
