both of th kits are the same thing, Stillen gives you a K&N cone and a hole at the end for that small temp. sensor
The Jim kit is identical, except for that hole on the cone, and the adapter doenst say "stillen" on it. I had the stillen kit and fit like a charm, no problems. I say if you have the extra money and like the name brand setup, go for the Stillen kit.

The two filters are virtually identical, except the JWT is not a K&N cone (looks and performs exactly the same though). So installation of both is exactly the same.
So, if you like spending an extra $40, then go for the Stillen. Otherwise, go for the JWT, since it is the exact same thing.
I have the JWT and it is excellent!
