How to install fogs?

How do you install those circle fogs on the Max? Is it easy? They might be driving lights actually.

Fogs? I have a set of PIAA 1100X platinum on my 97 SE and they are held in place with 3M adhesive(double sided tape) and a bolt which is not really needed but better safe than sorry. Installation is really not that hard, took me just under an hour but I work slow and like to keep things neat. If these are not the lights you're refering to sorry. They're a little pricey but well worth it over the bargain brands. I got mine off Ebay for $134.00.
