SUVlights.com that is the cheapest that I seen. APC harnesses go for over $65 dollars. thats all I can tell you, also I will be selling my this weekend coming up since Freddie mailed out my HIDS.

I will sell you my extra set(unused) for $35 shipped. Thats $10 cheaper than suvlights and I bought them from there.

Is there a difference between the different upgrade wire harness from different companies. Like quality wise?

I got my upgrade from Alex http://www.southwestautoworks.com/. It was cheap, easy to install and I didn't have to rewire the world to do it. I believe it was made by Nokya.
