I just got a pair of HID from a friend for free, the question is I don't think I got all the parts for it. Here's what i got:

2 ballast
2 HID bulbs
4 wires with connetor from ballast to bulbs and ballast to -/+ power

is there a relay or switch that i need.

There should be (2) Starters as well.... Ask him if he has it, maybe he forgot to give it to you.

 

Unless the starter is built in the ballast.

 

It reallt depends which exact kit you have received guy....
