Guys, please don't contaminate this thread

No need to get irritated.

The main thing I hate about the Maxima is the Beam suspension. Yeah, it is an advanced beam, but it is still a beam.

If beams are so great, 360 Modenas, Skylines, and many other cars should be using them.

I absolutey hate going over a speed bump in my Max. It bounces like crazy. My head hits the celing every time. And not only that, unless you take bumps in a perfect perpendicular angle, the car back of the car twists like crazy. Of course, it is a beam!!!

Maxima is a good car, but I just don't think beam is acceptable in a car of this stature.

Ok, after reading all your replies, I think i'll skip the RSX and go straight to the 5-series.

on the highway.. the Auto IS can pull 2 cars from 70 - 120 ..

don't know if its the gearing or what..

but we had a clublexus meet in CT and their was 1 red manual.. and he was getting walked all over the highway.. and their were about 6 auto's there.. 3 of them bone stock.. maybe from a dead stop you can compensate.. of course you know yours truly was playing big bully on the GS 400's

How quick are they? They got something like 300hp and a V8 right? I figured it would be faster, where you spraying?

I think the next car im going to get is either a 02 Altima or an 02 RSX-S. Im leaning toward the RSX because the aftermarket for honda is endless. Take Care
