I got into a accident and it was the other persons fault what do you think I should do to get a fair price from the person's at fault insurance company I have a 95 Maxima GXE with 120,000 miles ? Thanx for any feedback.

 

This happened to me a while ago. What happened, I went strait to my insurance company, they appraised it, gave me the money, then collected that ammount from the other insurance company. If you want a fair ammount, show them any recent repairs, upgrades, etc. I had got $300 extra from my company because I showed them a receipt of my cd changer installed which was done a year prior to the incident. They will look at the rest of your car and determine what condition it is in, and use that to compare from other cars being sold. You might want to print out a quote from kbb.com as well as edmunds.com. Chances are the kbb quote will be higher, so try to demand that much from them.
