Spark plugs for less - and WTF did my dealer do?
I found this site for NGK spark plugs online. Prices might be better than local sources ... http://www.clubplug.net/
After I found this, I went and looked at my old plugs that I just replaced. WTF? Autolite 3924?!!! I looked up the cross reference on this page and found NGK FR5 4876, which they sell for $1.56 each! I had these cheapos in my car for 60k miles!!! What amazes me is that I read about how nothing works in the Maxima but stock plugs, yet mine never gave me trouble, I dynoed at 192hp and I ran 15 flat at the track the first time I ever went (in other words, what would a good drag strip driver have done?). Maybe we should all be running these cheap Autolites and save the bux$.
