Still cant find the 13s. I think I will be done racing for a while till I get Dons vb mod, and some other stuff. Here is what my timeslip says. The truck I raced had ran 13.8 the run before, so it is faster than that run I posted.

No man, I am running on the rims and tires in my sig. with 24psi in the tires. I just floor it and when the padal is to the floor i hit the button, than I just hold on!! hehe..

No slicks! Can you believe that? I know for sure Kevins not fibbing...Ive raced him a few times at Speedworld in Orlando. Those tires STICK! Ive even got one of his slips were he tore poor ol Mad Max a new rear orifice in the other lane. Damn that nitrous!!!

I stage in the beems and barely tip of the second yellow. I wait till the third yellow light just comes on, I catch my .5 something light, I put the pettle to the floor and its probabaly .2 to .3 of a second I hit the NOS button. I dont hit the NOS off the line or I'd just totaly obliterate the tires. On the street I cant use the NOS in first gear or it spins.This is if I have good bottle pressure. I raced MadMax2k from a light and almost took out his passanger side door cause the tires spun so hard it pulled me into the left lane. So I just hit the NOS in second, but at the track I can hook up cause of the vht they spray. I dont do a huge burnout either, just spin a couple of times to clean the tires off and go....

 

98MAX: That's sweet. Make me want to get nitrous real bad. Can you activate your NOS anytime you want? I thought you can only activate it when you're WOT(pedal to the floor I guess?) How did you launched? Did you powerbraked? So, you just leave it in Drive, I don't think you can manually shift your car with NOS, right?

 

Hes, I powerbrake to 1000rmps so I have a little better throttle responce. I leave it in drive with the o/d off, and the NOS is ONLY on at full throttle, or you are just waiting for disaster. NOS is a good power upgrade(in my opinion). I have been going to the track for three years now and have seen a lot of differant settups in all types of cars. I have seen a lot more problems with forced induction than a correctly hooked up NOS kit that is in good working order. MadiGrasMax and Don from Texas have a lot of experience with NOS and I am sure they would back me up in saying that NOS is a great upgread for the MAX and can be ran safely if it is hooked up correctly. I think MariGrasMax has like a BUTT-TON of info for the NOS. I thought about it for a while, and now I am just glad I did it..

P.S. The NOS keeps everthing in the engine nice and clean. Like intake manifold, injecters,exhaust ext. HEHE that was the trick I tried to play on my girlfriend. She did not buy it. But now when we pull to a stop light and can pull right with the rustang or fireterd next to us, she smiles and says" That was cool baybee, we wasted emm"
