NOS Install, Step 1
NOS Install, Step 1
So, I decided not to go to the gym tonight 'cause I've been sick, so what do I do instead? How about install my NOS hardware in the rain? Oh yeah! Let's get even sicker!
Bottle in trunk:

Engine bay:

Although it wasn't my intention, I wound up with a some what stealthy NOS install. Now, this will change as I add the WOT switch and FPR eventually, but its hard to tell that the car is NOS equiped from this view. You have to know what to look for and where to look for it.
Stock FPR and Tee (and spray Nozzle Line):

NOS 'noids:

Nozzle line:

So I figure I have about 4 hours of electronic work ahead of me, and I'll be ready to start testing!

You think? I gotta do the bottle heater, window switch, WOT switch and I'm still thinking that I'm going to use the FPSS. 1 hour would be nice, but I'm still planning on 4.

ok you go the bottle heater..
if you got an amp pre-wired it will be real easy...
take out the back seat.. run the lines from the trunk by the backseat under the carpet.. by the center console.. 20 mins..
WOT switch.. bolt it up to the TB and plug in the wires.. 5 mins..
window switch.. pull the cover off the ecu.. tap the ecu rpm wire.. run the wire back to the fire wall.. 20 mins
activation switch.. and bottle heater switch.. drill your holes where you want them.. and plug in the wires.. 10 mins..
it would be much easier if you did the crimps and plugs for the wires and connections during spare time.. i did mine at work

No amp in this car, so that's a bit of a pain. I'll have to run power all the way though the car. I did it in the old car, so I know how, its just a pain.

Agree, that should be easy. How does it actcually bolt up to the TB? I haven't looked that closley yet.

Yeah, I don't like using crimps or taps for some reason. Solder and tape for me. I still think it will take more than an hour. Doesn't matter though, I just want to get it done right.

you take the hex nut off and screw the wot switch over it.. now.. here is the deal.. because i screwed up mine and dmbmaxima aka steve had to fix it.. you want to make sure that when you lift up the throttle thingy and it activates the WOT switch.. that it is full extended.. mine wasn't.. so i wasn't really going WOT.. so my car was slower than it was suppose to be.. make sure it clicks when its at the end of it.. you will understand what i am saying when you bolt it up..
sound like my cousin.. solder and electrical tape.. i started doing that recently too.. but the crimps and stuff are easier.. incase you need to take it out
or something
