Dunlop SP Sport A2

Did anybody Have Dunlop SP Sport A2? What do you think about it? It is time for new tires, 48000 mi on original ToYo Proxes A05. How do they compare? Thanks. Andrei

I run them in the winter on my 16" rims. Very nice tire. Very smooth and VERY quiet ride. Handling is great, wet traction is good too.

I put them on about 3k miles ago and no complaints so far. The wet traction is great, and dry is pretty good as well. Bought used, so only drove on the stock Toyos from 44k to 58k, but the Dunlops are a huge improvement in every catagory. Tread pattern is a little strange looking, but it grows on you. See http://www.tirerack.com for more reviews.

I'm about due for another set of tires myself and I spoke to a Tirerack rep yesterday and he recommended the Dunlop SP Sport A2's so that will be my next tire. They do have good ratings according to their website.

i have A2's now for a few thousand miles on stock 15's. they are quiet, and good in the rain, however i dont really like how they handle. maybe its the way i drive. but for 99% of the time i am very satisfied with them. good price too, and the look good

I drove an altima with the A2 and it was a good tire. I now have the SP4000 (I think they may be discontinued and on sale at Tire Rack-got mine for $45/tire) and they handle great in dry or wet. Tread life is lower though.
