the big ones go up front with the struts...if you start taking things apart....things become apparent really quick...

That's right... or you could just look though your wheel.

i dont get it...my dad and i are trying to put the fronts together, and how the hell do you do it? we can't get the threaded piston part thru the strut top hole...do i have to take off the strut bar and the whole mounting piece and then put it all back up??

and why does the agx strut co<k the spring into such a wierd angle? its like the top of the piston (threads) is almost hitting the spring...thanks.

btw if anyone who knows this stuff has free long distance or something and wants to call and guide me thru it, # is 360-574-7937

thanks ill be checking back...

Casey, I just tried calling ya... You have to have the upper mount lined up correctly, the bolts go through a certain way, the letter stamp should be to the outside, or it will never go in. Because you don't have it lined up right, is why your spring is so close to the piston... If ya need any more help, I sent ya an email with my #.
Matt

ok well the front is done, sounds perfect, but i hate how high it is...my coils were like 1 finger gap, this is more than 2, it sucks.

the rears...god, i didnt put any spacers or whatever those rubber blocks are onto the piston, so the rear is bouncy as **** and when i look in the trunk and push the car down i can see the piston just moving up and down, so i gotta take it apart tomorrow AGAIN.

i'm so ready to set this car on fire get the insurance money and buy an unmoddable truck.

The sprint rears will give you a 3 finger plus fenderwell gap so relax, to cure that you will have to do some **** thats a taboo here on the org!!cut one coil off the rear . no but seriously you will. The front is a 1.5 to 2 finger fenderwell gap. Hope that helps you a little if not do a search for pics of members that have sprints and you will see.
