Homelink Help please

How does one go about programming the Homelink Visors? I hope someone has a quickie way to do this.

just press teh button for like 30 seconds wait till it blinks rapidly, then when its blinking press your garage door opener button then homelink will blink slowly saying that it has received the signal & now u can open the garage with those homelink buttons.

Thanks guy... If I wanted your sarcasm I would have asked for it If I had a booklet I would have followed the instructions, I am more than capable I think.

I bought the visor used, therefore no booklet...

I can't get it programmed for the gate at my apartment complex. I tried but it just wouldn't pick up the signal.

I learned awhile ago that it is unwise to take pot-shots at someone who is a former MOTM'er since it is people from this group that usually hand out the most useful information when I have questions........but to each his own.
