The brand new Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII
Sorry, it was dark, the picture quality isn't superior.

Damn Brian, you should get a job at a magazine or something. That shiet looks phat, almost like a R33 in a way. Beware of those, I wonder if they are going to have 280hp and AWD like the overseas ones.

Actually I had my g/f take the pics.
About the racing, the guy was actually cool, unlike the Nissan guys who were trying to get away. He knew we were snapping shots and didn't mind. I raced up to catch up to him a couple times, and twice he gunned it, and I downshifted to third, and quickly passed him. I know he was giving it his all too. The car was quick, but not too quick, I would say like similar speed to a 5spd intake, y, exhaust maxima. AWD cars tend to be a lot slower at higher speeds. It was faster than a WRX (which I've raced on the FWY), but not considerably faster. I believe the US Spec will have ~240-250 HP, and in an AWD package it will prolly run a low to mid 14 1/4 mile, but have substantially slower passing speeds from 70+ MPH.
I did sell the 2004 Max pics, if someone wants these I'll sell them, but I think there are quite a few EVO 7 pics out already.
