I was driving my car tonight and I noticed that my gauge lights were dim. I tried adjusting the dimmer all the way up, and it was still the same. I noticed that my headlights were dim as well, along with all the other interior lights (clock, radio).

After driving for 35 minutes, the lights became bright again. This same thing happened 4 weeks ago, but that time the lights became bright again after 15 minutes. I figured it was a one time electrical gremlin, but I guess not. Any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks.

 

Is it just when you start the car? It could be just your alternator giving you a hard time....I really wouldn't worry about it. BTW, did you contact the shop to arrange shipping? Thanks Jon...
