I've still got gap and I ride Sprint springs. With the exception of a select bunch ( thebigsandler included ), everyone does. Our definition of "no wheel gap" is very different from other car owners' definitions.

Are you using stock shocks with you sprints?

I try and tell myself "the wheel gap doesn't bother me" I say "hey, you still have a nice ride". I think "everyone has theirs droped so I will be different". I justify over and over. The truth is that it gets under my skin every time I see that gaaaaaap.
I am saving the money to do it the right way. My suspension is not something I want to skimp on. Someday. Someday.

i think the same thing every time im waliking to the car or walking away from it and looking back at it(i tend to bump into things when im walking away from the car ). One day the gap will be smaller.

You wheel gapists....I think I'm going to talk to the APA and see if I can get "wheel gapitis" entered as an official disease.

Just think of the support group meetings...

...kids with Honda-emblem shirts sucking down coffee and cigarettes, shaking and twitching..."But I SWEAR there's still 2mm of gap! I SWEAR I can see it!!! SOMEBODYS gotta make some new springs! AHHHH!"

I don't have any qualms with the stock wheel gap. It's larger than most, but it doesn't give me nightmares. The most I'd ever consider doing is dropping it a tad lower to eliminate some of the floatiness, but I won't, it's too old to me. A max rolling any lower than that, along with most other normal slammed street cars, just look horribly wrong to me.
