If anyone has put a pod in their 95/96 max and has a tweeter in the A pilar please let me know what they did with the tweeter. I have a 96 SE and the tweeters are in the pilars. Can the pod be installed while saving the tweeter, or does it have to be removed?

Brett aka Confused and Phil96SE had that dilema.. i doubt they cared about sound that much so they covered up the tweeter.. besides.. bose speakers suck anyway.. get some real speakers and put the tweeters in teh door..

Can't you cut a hole and leave it where it is, or am I missing something? I put 1" silk dome tweets in my A pillars. Remarkable improvement of course the fact that I got rid of the rest of the system probably helped too.

the grill is built into the a pillar.. just mount a little higher, you might cut off the top of the grill.. no biggie..

i care about sound turbo but it doesn't come out of the radio.. diamonds are a gril best friend, not mine.
