Go on EBay. I bought a 36 sq. ft. bulk pack of Dynamat Xtreme for around $120 shipped.

I just bought and installed RAAMMat and it's thicker than D-Xtreme. checkit, it's 60mil thick. my only little complaint is that it's got a slight odor. otherwise, it's sticky and AWESOME. i would recommend.

Will the RAAMMat odor go away eventually? How much does it typically cost?

Thanks,
-Nick

Was it easy to install, and did it kill all the vibrations from outside?

Group Discount

I'm offering a group buy for Stinger's Road Kill sound damping Pro Series. This is the same level as Dynamat's Extreme. I'm offering 36 square feet for $130 shipped. If you're interested, send me an e-mail and if I get 5 or more people interested, I can offer this deal. Thanks.

yeah, it was pretty much gone after a bit. but then again, it's been cold lately; maybe it'll smell when it gets warm around here. it shouldn't be a problem, tho. i would recommend installing with plenty of ventilation, tho. the stuff kinda gives you a headache after a while.

It was pretty easy to install. i only did the trunk and the driver side door. just cut, peel, stick, and roll.

Check out www.raamaudio.com or check ebay for Rick's auctions. remember, it's 60mil. although that may seem thin by measurements, comparing Dynamat and RAAM, RAAMmat is thicker.
