Just wondering how satisfied everyone is with their Sirius gear and service. As for mine, I dont have and problems with the equipment, everything is installed well and works as it should. I have my antenna on the rear deck between the rear speakers. I am wondering how everyone reception is because mine isnt all that great. It might have something to do with the area im in, the amount of trees, and placement of my antenna. I lose my signal a lot. The reception breaks up a lot. I will probably mount my antenna on the roof as I should have, but Im wondering how much of a difference it will make. I wish my car was black because then it wouldnt look so bad.
Put it on your dash to see what happens. I've been in the worst of areas and have not problems with reception. Remember, now I'm out in Franklin and that's not to far from Worcester.

I also live in Central Massachusetts and I have my antenna mounted on the rear deck. I have experienced minimal interruption with the signal. I am happy with the Sirius service so far.

Have any of you guys noticed degraded FM quality when the Sirius FM modulator was installed?

Are you turning the Sirius unit off to listen to FM, or are you leaving it on. I left it on at first and I had horrible reception. I turned off the Sirius unit and it was fine.

Maxima.org / Sirius Friends and Family

Hey guys. I received so many requests from you during the last program that I had my office in NY send me some units specifically for Maxima.org. I am not going to do anything with it this weekend, but I will be able to start sending them out next week.

I will require the unit to be activated before I ship, so I will have to email ESN's so they can be activated. I will ship when I confirm the unit has been activated. I will have to call customer service to check, but the units can be activated at www.sirius.com or by calling 888-539-7474.

Let your friends know. I have less than 20 units. They are all Panasonic because there were so many posts from people that really liked the unit. I hope this helps some people out. Once you listen to Sirius...its hard to go back to regular radio!

Again, thanks for all the support during the official program.

In this case, I think you should start a new thread for new deals. I have no problem with that either. Just cut and paste everything here to a new thread when you are ready to start the deal.

What number do we call to get the ESN # for the free unit and antenna?

Update, I moved my antenna to my trunk lid right behind the spoiler. HUGE difference! I rarely lose a signal now!
