Well, not really. Yes, you got screwed because the guy that you gave the money to screwed you. Now, if you say that we are getting screwed, its because YOU screw us over. It's your choice on how you want to handle this.

have some sympathy for the guy--he said he is going to take the hit and refund all the money as soon as he can

he said "you all got screwed in a way" which means you didn't receive your product and just waited these months and got nowhere

he didnt say "i am not refunding your money" and at least he came back unlike so many other people...and just take your money
