leftcoast has a separate thread somewhere in the 5th gen forum. He already made a prototype but it wasn't well received and I think he's taking the feedback he got and is remaking it.

On 7/27/03 I paid $48.75 for the eyelids. He was asking for the full amount, not a deposit.

Thanks for offering to 'visit' him on our behalf, K Pazzo......

If this guy was gonna return any money back at all, he would have done it by now. Anyway, I was one of the 10 depositors. Paid $52 on July 27.

10 was the minimum and I'm pretty sure there were 15 or so of us that got ripped off. I personally am out $52.50. This guy is only 19 and ripped a lot of people off. Hats off to you K Pazzo if you could help some of us out.

I'm out 52.50. If that is his real address, we could have a case on him with enough witnesses and evidence of his actions on this type of fraudulant act. We send him a letter to appear in court, that would take care of things.

I seriously doubt that is his real address. If he planned this from the very beginning, he would not be posting his real information.

It's been too long for the paypal to refund us money and I am guessing most of us probably didn't pay for the extra insurance that paypal usually offers.

Only paypal has his confirmed address and credit card or bank account. I wonder if we could get enough signatures and witnesses, we could set up a letter to paypal and tell them our situation. I am sure if we had enough people we could do something about it with paypal.

How about it? I would need all the people from the list to assist.

I don't think he planned this from the beginning. I think its b/c he got screwed over, and didn't want to pay for what his dumbass did

His website also is some evidence that it was planned. "Coming soon" for everything? He said that he had already made eyelids for Sentras and now even that page says "production pending"
He tried to sell on an Accord forum also, but I don't think he got anyone to pay.

if he wanted to scam us from the beginning

So then there is a chance this guy has scammed other groups.

How about these reasons:
1. So he could get more and more money
2. To delay any disputes with PayPal, cc, personal checks, etc. (I'm sure a dispute has to be settled within xx days)
3. To not make it too obvious
4. To try and come back here again and rape us again.

I'm not trying to make you look bad or anything, but like I said from the very beginning (and this is days after he said he wouldn't make it, while everone else was still backing him up) .... WE GOT SCAMMED!!!!!

Jesus Christ ... so hostile ... I'm very sorry but just so that you guys understand, I don't make a lot of money. I've been saving all the money i have every month and it's not that easy ... I haven't checked these forums because i didn't know what to tell you guys. First off, that's not my address and second off, I was going to wait till I had the money to pay all of you guys off at once ... anyhow .,.. i have about $250 ish dollars right now that i saved so if the first five of you can give me your paypal or something ... i'd appreciate it. I heard that I got a voicemail saying "do the right thing and pay the guys on the forums back" That was my intention and when I heard i got a voicemail like that, I checked the forums ... anyway, it's my fault ... what did i expect. All in all ... the first five people please. I'm sorry this is taking so long but I don't exactly qualify for a loan right now, which i've been trying for the longest time ever.

Yes there was hostility, and fairly justified, because we hadn't heard from you in quite a while.

I appreciate your finally posting with your intentions. I was one of the first 5. Thanks for making this right. I'll PM you with my refund preferences.

Only like family that's known me when i was born calls me that. Anyway, I gave you all real information because i never had the intention of conning you guys in the beginning. Anyway, beside from that, I replyed to PMs and I still need one more person to give me their info.

There was no intention of scam.. I was planning on going through but f*cker(excuse my language) took off with my money, our money and now I'm stuck here working my a&& off for it. This is the last time I do anything like this. NExt time, I'm investing on myself. I'm going to learn how to do things and do it myself ... you can't trust people.
