i think there's only difference between fed and cali pipes on 99's since cali's keep one pre-cat for emissions. so it's a diff design of pipe. but generally cali's have an extra oxygen sesnon so the pipe needs to have a extra hole for it.

I thought bolts came with the y-pipe as an order. I mean, they need to come with everything but the tools to put them on. We got them 60 pipes. That is a lot of business drummed up thanks to Budha56.

The point of a group deal is to make it really easy for the dealer to send out their products. In exchange, they will sell for a lower price. I don't think it's worth hastling him any more about bolts...I asked him, he agreed to do it for those who also buy cats. He cut as much as he could after 21, so it's not like he's holding out for more...if he was doing that he wouldn't have given such a good discount until we hit 60 pipes. And of course he's got to make SOME money on this.

When he said all necessary hardware is included, I personally think it's perfectly reasonable of him to not include the bolts that are already on our cars but rusted out during our 8 years of driving them. Why should he replace parts that are already on our cars? He's including everything necessary for installing the pipe, not for maintaining our car. I wouldn't mind buying a couple bolts if mine break. He's doing so much other nice stuff, like letting us pick the color of decals, giving us a choice of payment methods, starting to ship over a week before the deal's even over, and answering all my many questions. Aren't group deals usually one option, take it or leave it? Especially when they're this cheap. Are some people actually COMPLAINING about this?

I'm sorry if I went off or if I am taking his side, but this is a great deal, and I've had to ask him so many questions through this whole thing, and things haven't even started shipping yet. I almost feel bad everytime I email him because I've already bugged him so much. It was supposed to be easy for him. If you want out it's probably not too late...it'll cause Dallas and me more hastle but it won't mess up the deal for everyone else. Let me know if I'm being unreasonable, and thanks everyone for helping to make this happen!

PS. There's NO LIMIT, it just might take longer for everyone after the first 60 to get their pipes.

I would like to b the first to apologize... you are right.. and you are not wrong for feeling this way.. It should b take it or leave it not can i have this or that... or add this and add that.. sometimes.. when deals are this great... people tend to take full advantage of others... i want to apologize to you and the dealer who is giving us this great deal...

No problem. I'm not made, just wanted to make sure that people don't out of this thinking warpspeed is ripping anyone off...the last thing I'd want is for them to do this and then get a bad name on top of it. It was definitely a fair question though.

Sounds like a great deal! I'm interested in purchasing a ypipe, but how long would it take for people after the 60th mark? Days? Weeks? Months? Years? Hope it's not the latter two.

Yay! Great timing for me! This will go very well with the Frankencar

Oh, and you have every reason to go off bro...

werd. I like how people want WSPD to include some $3 bolts, when they're saving $30-$50 on the GD. heh

My understanding is that they will start shipping on Friday. I hope so! (By the way, we have 63 right now). Thanks for all the props, but it's really ok...I'm getting a great deal too! After all these are in, even more people are gonna get smoked by Maximas!

No it doesn't close til the 21st. You're at the bottom of a long line, so it might be a while, but people are still joining.

I hear budget doesn't do GD's. They didn't even reply when I was trying to set this deal up. Cattman sounded interested in doing one in the future. You can talk to him if you want. It'll be in the $300 neighborhood. Stillen also said they're thinking about doing one here in the future.

He said FedEx is usually 3-4 days. I have no idea how fast he'll get through the list, but I think they're starting shipping on Friday.

Don't worry if it's longer though...it's a group deal so we have to be patient!

I gave him the list, he can do it how he sees best. But it's not like he has EXACTLY 60 pipes. And remember there are several different years, so if he has enough already made to cover all the 3rd gens then he might as well send them out even if they're way down on the list. Plus he's making more every day. But my guess is that if he has the money for some people he won't just let those pipes sit around while he waits for others on the list to pay up, he'll move the pipes instead. We'll see though. Hopefully no one will have to wait too long.

I dont think it would be fair by whoever pays first, cause then there would be no point of a list. The first 60 onthe official list should be the ones who pay first, those who havent paid should be informed of so others can be bumped up. I think this is the fairest way. I'm #1 by the way
