I bought two H.I.D. kits from you around 03 October 2005. I received the 6000K for the headlights as well as for the fog lights. I love the setup but I have come up with one major problem and a minor problem that I need your help with. First Ill tell you about the major problem. The car is a 2000 Maxima. To give you a time frame of how long I have had them in my car I installed the H.I.D. kits right after I received them from you and this problem started 28 March 2007. The driver side bulb will start up but within about 1 or 2 minuets it is out. It will start up then it goes to a deep shade of purple, then it goes to a yellow then it is out. Do you have any advice for me?
The minor problem is with the driver side fog light sometimes when I turn them on it will not fire up and it just makes a clicking noise. Then if I turn it off and let it sit and try again it will fire up but it seems to blink and flash more than the other side does before it warms up. This started about one month ago and does not happen all of the time.

Does anyone know if i can use other brand bulbs with maximabest mini fog h3 helios kit? Not sure if the ballasts and igniters are interchangeable like that. So SO frustrating but he is not responding to any pm's or posts. With almost $500 in lighting it's obviously important to me that i get her up and running again. Any help on what other brand bulbs or what his deal is would be greatly appreciated.

One of my bulbs just burned out also. Not even a year old. It just keeps on flickering, hopefully it will start to work tomorrow, if not I want a new bulb, because i think he said there was a warranty on it.

My bulb just went out too, and it's only been a year. My bulb kept flickering for a while, then it just went out. btw He said there was a lifetime warranty on it.

I sent back the left side of his hid kit becuz it was sent to me broken. Afater going back and forth and this maximbest guy kept asking me useless info he finally gave me the address to send it back for warranty replacement to some people in Taiwan, Its going 2 be 2 months soon and I still havent recieved my replacement or fixed product. I think I am in denial that this Helios guy took me 4 a ride, and I dont mean in his maxima. lol

Well, I have been waiting for 9 weeks for my replacements as well. Keep getting the same email.
I posted on here before, and I was threatened by him and the maxima moderator to change my reply. Well, I gave in, but still NO kit.
BTW, I am from the mazadas247 forum, maximabest (he calls himself Xenon-Shop on mazdas247) does business there as well.

it sucks that a guy who people had such praise for a couple of months ago has let everything go down the drain like this. It is a shame when a man who owns a business doesn't repond to a whole community of auto enthusiasts(both mazda forums and maxima alike).

wow so everything pretty much broke down huh. it took me a few hundred PMs and 2.5 months to get a "warranty ballast" that came with dirt in the box and it was used.
you should all check the vendor feedback as well.

hi there every one, whats up? well right now we are starting from zero and we are so happy to get our business again.
As somepeople know here, we lost house, cars, etc on the past storm, just IMAGINE your self in front of all the things that you took years years to build, it was so bad luck to us, but really i think something happen for some reasons. Right now we have a new shop,we are getting a huge stock to offer the hids as always and also new staff. I really hope to take care of the pending replacement/warranties asap cause you deserve guys, also PLEASE understand me situation is not easy to be in my side, but anyway, thats the past
we will try to get back and thanks for the support and all the patience.

wow, always had faith you'd get back to us. sorry to hear you had such unfortunate events occur. But like you said everything happens for a reason. glad to see you are getting back on your feet.
anyway i too am like others here who have had a mini 6k bulb flicker for awhile then blow. Substituted good bulb on left side with setup on right and it lit right up so possitive it's the bulb and not ballast or igniter. please send me another asap.
