If my right passenger fog light doesnt work some day but others it does would this be a sign of the ballast failing or the igniter.

in that moment you can swap the bulbs to the other side and you will test if thats the part that doesnt work

WORST WARRANTY SERVICE EVER

it's taken five months to get some form of replacement bulbs and when I did get a package it had only ONE BULB. I had both go bad at the same time, sent them the bulbs back in december.... got one bulb last week....yet to get a further replay towards a second. I've sent several IM's............ Save yourself the time AND money and go elsewhere.....

I have told you so many times there is nothing wrong with my ignitor and you said....almost 2 months ago my ballast has been shipped out. You have also said that there was something wrong with the ballast and you are trying to fix the problem so in the future it would not occur. SO there is no problem? I have been waiting for you all this time. I dont understand are you doing...

Yep that's the bull he said to me for two weeks when my bulbs were sapposta be shipped, then I get a package out of the blue on a monday. It listed it had shipped friday....... To make things worse I got ONE bulb, and when I asked I got "You needed more than one bulb?" in response.

I can understand when I'm buyin the kits outta shanghai for 100bucks shipped that I'll probably get less than quick service but when I paid 250 I expect something better than bull-ish and lies..

maximabest, I still see you haven't changed. with this business model, once LEDs hit the market, you're going to be screwed with customer base. I warned everyone in this thread after my issue occured, but some of you asking for replacements parts now, didn't heed my warning.

goodluck to everyone getting their parts. FYI it will be used and probably dirty too.

Well, everything initially goes great, super fast shipping and all so hence positive feedback. The problem comes about 6months to a year later when a part of the kit with the "lifetime warranty" fails...you have already left positive feedback and can't go back and change it....if only a mod was able to change this then I am sure his feedback would be 90% negative...

alright so neither one of my fog lights work....one stopped working before i went on vacation and then when i got home yesterday the other one wasn't working....i cant check if it is the bulb or not, since i cant swap them...so what do i do? i am thinking it is just the bulbs but i am not sure...let me know how to go about this warranty thing because i really would like to get these working again....
