hey jeff
all installed! BEAUTIFUL! so much better than before wow!

instal was a little rough.
i cross refereneced the part# on the invoice. so i went to install the right side one and
the two rear strut mounts were incorrectly marked.
the right fit the left side and vice versa.
and im pretty sure i didnt switch them.

plus my friend used an impact gun to put on the main nut and put it on crooked and bent that part of the piston
so i had to use a die and re thread it!
took a while but its a okay now!

are you really going to send some stickers my way???

Glad everything worked out for you!! Sorry to hear the install went a little rough. Seems like everytime I try and do anything to my car it ends up taking wayyy longer than I plan for

Didn't you get some stickers in the boxes I sent you??

Thanks again,
Jeff

My '02 Max is in need of rear suspension, so i've decided to get front and back done. What do you recommend? Please give me a quote shipped to 02481.

I'd go with the KYB GR-2's all around. They are a good deal, for a great shock, with a lifetime warranty!

Thanks again...

Yea, they should be far superior to the OEM ones. I think you will like them. What year is your Maxima?

Thanks,
Jeff

You would send to us and we'd send a new one once approved. The warranty rate is sooo low though....

$405 shipped for the struts/shocks all around, the mounts F&R (including bearings) and boots all around.

Thanks,
Jeff

Do the KYB strut mounts work well with the Koni Struts? This might be a newb question, but I thought I heard something about strut mounts having to be modified when installing the Konis.

I thought it was in an .Org members installation website, but I couldn't find it yesterday. Something about flattening out a rounded link to a "D" shape, I think.
