Don, think of the misshipped 4" speakers as a raffle. Whoever gets them is special......or maybe you could grant them some title like "4 inch mishap guy" or something stupid like that.

Well since it was such a nice day I went ahead and mounted the Sound Lines and even without proper deadening, door not sealed and being powered by a crappy kenwood amp they sound much better. Very smooth and punchy with very quick bass response compared to the CDT classics that were in there before. I'd have to say they are a much better match for the IDmax in the back.

 

glad you like them..I am replacing my CDT classics with some Rainbows too. seal up those doors you will be surprised at how much better the mids can sound.

 

Just waiting for my order of 50 sqft of deadening gets here, already got the plexiglass, and getting the clay tomorow, if everything shows up by friday the doors will be done by friday night.

Now that almost everyone received their SLC's, what would be an appropriate amp to power these SLC and another pair of rear speakers to obtain their full capability?????

Well I am planning on getting either the SL or KX to match the SLC in the front. I think you misunderstood my question. That being said i asked for an amp with a budge of $200 to power those up and get the full capabilities of them.
I'm already going to Don to get all this done, he just doesn't know when I'm showing up lol , that and he hasn't quoted me on these items yet.
