Brian, do you have some install pics or link to this kit? I already have a Short Throw kit for my 2003, but would like the ES bushing kit, if it makes any improvement. If you also have other ES bushing for mounts and such, let me know.

Could you quote me a price to Toronto, Canada for above kit and RSB? Thx.

Geez, I can't believe how behind I am on this thread... Seems like I'm not getting all the notifications, but that's no excuse. You may have already ordered.

Anyway, I don't know what the price difference is, perhaps slightly lower up front cost with the private shippers, but by the time its received and fees paid you'll definitely be ahead with USPS; at least that's what all our Canadian customers tell us (and we have a lot of Canadian customers).

2-day shipping with DHL would be an additional $65 for the 95-03 RSB, and $56 more for the 04+ RSB (its lighter).

I can answer several questions by saying that the group deal is going great, we just got another big shipment of RSBs to back it up, so...

THIS DEAL IS GOOD THROUGH THE END OF JUNE!

Thanks, everyone, for the excellent response.

Gen 2s? Do you mean headers? I thought this was a suspension thread.

I was in OC/Cali earlier this week doing our last pre-production fitment session. Some of the components are made already (the 3-1 collectors are like pieces of art...), but this a pretty complicated system and a lot remains to be done. Its typical to keep pushing back the date, and it has been several times, but I expect to start filling our header (back)orders in mid-July.

Be aware that we're accepting header orders now, and those orders will be filled first. We don't need deposits and credit cards will not be charged until the purchaser's header set is ready to ship.

I don't really have any good pics of the installed kit, but I'll point out that if you can get the short shifter kit installed, you can definitely figure out the bush set. The ES set makes a great deal of difference, the stock bushings usually come out in tatters - I don't shift my '02 hard at all, and mine were just bits. The upgrade really firms things up and takes out so much slop, I recommend it highly.

Pricing is simple, the RSB is $149, shipped to Canada, with an extra $21.95 for the bushings, and I'll throw the bushing set into the RSB box, so no extra shipping cost. USD170.95 total.

Sorry, did not mean to take away from the thread, I apologize. Just figured since it is one of your products, we would be able to discuss it. Just wondering what was going on with the Gen2's, thats all, thanks for the update. So they are not ready, nor has the production started? If you want to move to pm, thats fine, thanks again. Any idea about costs yet? Thanks.

Actually, there is some news on that. I've identified a good US-based STS manufacturer that we can work with, but I want to know first-hand that the fit and function are excellent, so I'm ordering a sample on Monday for a specific customer to install. If that works out, we're good to go on a group deal to kick off the new product.

I was just kidding about re-routing the thread - this is good for us and obviously we want any favorable product exposure we can get. Thanks for bringing it up!

They are not ready, but production is well underway - several of the components are done, the tubes are being custom bent, etc.

And, we have a definite introductory price - $799 complete with installation kit. I'll note that this is $100 less than our most recent header price. I'm still clueless about shipping - don't know what it will weight or the size of box we'll use.

Brian fixed me up with a Progress RSB for my 2002 Gen 5 Maxima ST-R and it arrived here, in Australia, 3 days later. Brain and Cattman provided unsurpassed customer service and dealt with my numerous e-mails promptly. The RSB fitted great and the car now handles considerably better ... a real noticable improvement! Thanks Brian.

Who happens to, or who is, or has it happened already, doing the fittment tests or does it not need to be done? Maybe its been done already and I just dont know? Curious. Sounds like the issues from the last one's have been addressed already. Who is producing them? I dont think you are using Speed Force anymore? Sorry, so many questions. Thanks again BCC.

My personal favorite for the 95-99 Max would be the KYB AGX, but the guys at Progress would say Tokico Illuminas because they designed the springs around that strut. I only "slightly" prefer the AGXs, you can't go wrong either way. Give us a call, we'd be glad to quote a price on springs with either strut set. [Refer back to beginning of thread for ordering information.]

That said, we always try to give the big picture, so I'll mention that if you want the sweetest Maxima strut and sport spring package I know of, anywhere, we have one more Pedders suspension from Australia.

Yes, we just received a few lightweight, all-aluminum FSTBs for the 00-03. If I sent you a pic already, its the same part (if not, PM your email address to me and I will). Price is $129 + postage.
