8-10 is way more than you will need for one change. I've sent you a PM with the price for 5 and for 6...that will be more than enough. Pls let me know if I can help.

In addition to my question regarding your applicable taxes, I assume you are asking about AMSOIL "100%" synthetic (ASL) and an AMSOIL Ea filter versus AMSOIL XL synthetic oil and a Wix filter? Pls confirm. thx

Sent you a PM. Since you live in Vegas, I can arrange for you to pick up the order from the local AMSOIL Distribution Center and save the shipping. Included both shipping and P/U options in the PM. Let me know if I can help. thx

Sent you a PM with price and ordering information for 5 quarts of AMSOIL 100% synthetic 10w-30 and an AMSOIL Absolute Efficiency (Ea) oil filter. This is AMSOIL's top of the line 10w-30 and best oil filter. Let me know how I can help. thx

Sent you a PM with the cost and ordering information. I based the quote on AMSOIL "100%" synthetic oil and a premium AMSOIL filter. If you want AMSOIL XL oil and a Wix filter (formulated for up to 7500 miles), let me know and I will recalculate the total.

Synthetics often lower oil consumption in mechanically sound engines because they are less prone to "boil-off" under high temperature operating conditions and they maintain their viscosity better than petroleum oils do; however, it sounds as if your oil consumption issue could potentially be a mechanical issue which the oil will not fix.
I'd be glad to send you a price on some various options, but using a synthetic could get expensive if the excessive consumption continues. Depending on how much oil your engine uses, I typically recommend a brand-name petroleum oil in engines that drink oil.
Please send me a PM with your zip code and/or state of residence if you would still like a quote...need that info to calculate the correct sales tax.
thx

I recognize you are new to this site, but it would be more appropriate to post your experience with other oils in the Fluids and Lubricants section of this Forum...that's what it's for. This is a Group Deal offering for a particular brand of premium lubricants and filtration products. I wish you continued success with your current choice of lubricant.
