Ive been hearing about some sort of tips for your muffler on the radio there called afterburners same idea much cheeper. cant find any info on the net yet. should be available at pepboys/autozone.

i was thinking the same alarm i saw on a bmw. the flame thrower thing is kewl too! How many parts are needed on this, extra spark plugs, coils?

We used to do this with bugs back in the day. Hookup a plug to the exhaust pipe and connect power to it w/ a switch. You need the coil to ignite the plug. We stopped cuz one of our friends beelte caught on fire. Kinda Funny. But beetles have the motor in the rear. so if you have a gas leak boom you get the same results my friend had. Hell beetles catch fire w/o out any help.

I was walking through Advanced and saw something almost as cool .... they sell muffler tips with an LED outer ring that lights up red. Naturally the tip is already 4" around, with the LEDS you have like a 7" tip. Now thats classy!

Using this on the road is probly not a good idea either... hello! can you say felony?

 

those mufflers you are talking about only have red leds in them to make them look like they really have flames but they dont.

 

Ive seen these on many Lexus Sedans and S600 Benzes....NOT !.. I have seen them on 89 Tercels, with curtains in the front, a cowboy hat Chrome sticker on the back window, and a Crown air freshner, and curb feelers...you get my drift here

Your back bumper is going to turn black after using this kit. Especially if you have a white car or a body kit. And you are going to kill your gas faster. Because it uses your gas line to spray into your exhaust. But who cares it looks tite.

 

THis mod does not work in fuel injected cars. The whole idea of this says for "Hot Rods" which would point out that it would be for carburated engines only not fuel injected. I know this to be true because I have seen this mod before and I called Autoloc about it and the sales rep told me that it wouldn't work in and fuel injected car. So really like the person earlier said it would be a tiny flame if that and only if you ran your car so freaking rich that it would be pointless. Sorry to burst your bubble but I wouldn't go in on a "HOT ROD" mod for fuel injected cars!!!!!! JUST A TIP THOUGH!!!!!

 

you could allways just throw a propane tank in your trunk and have it spray into your muffler and light it with a spark plug and wire! HA! HA!
